We're glad to announce that Panasonic Lumix DC-S9 file support was added to Capture One 16.5.2. You can download the mentioned version here and check the release notes here.
I find it very embarrassing that CaptureOne will not be able to support the S9 from June 2024 to November 2024. Every other and much cheaper RAW converter supports it. It's not like the basis is the Lumix S5II (x).
I've had CaptureOne since version 6 and have experienced many ups and downs, but now I've run out of patience. It's not like you pay more money than for Lightroom, for example.
Thank you and now also the iOS/iPadOS app
Thank you!

As a user of C1 starting from version 3 I really don't want to change my tool.
But new shiny Panasonic S9 is coming to me next week and I can choose to buy Lightroom or upgrade C1.
Without the support it's obvious choice.
