Capture One works with all the Z lenses that supply the lens profile in the raw file.
I don't have that lens yet, so do you know if the manufacturer profile from that lens works with C1?
If the lens correction tool shows Manufacturers Profile then it is using the profile delivered in the raw file from the lens itself.
