Step cropping feature is currently not supported in Capture One.(I chose the RX1RM3 was its attractive step crop feature).
I received a response from Capture One that they do not currently support the in-camera step crop metadata.
I have been consulting with Sony Pro Support to see whether this crop feature might be something that could be enabled or updated within your software.
It also seems that this new crop feature, which generates images using the entire sensor data, is a first for Sony, and it may be included in future professional models as well.
Therefore, I am concerned that if compatibility gaps continue to expand, future Sony camera features may not be fully reflected within Capture One.
Most users who purchase Sony cameras for professional use also rely on your software as an essential tool.
the RX1RM3, is a compact model, but in terms of resolution, features, and price range, it is on par with professional equipment.
