Hi Pierluigi,
I’ve done a lot of testing over the last few days, and the issue seems to be within C1. The same files look clean and correct in Lightroom, which can be used as a workaround, but it’s not ideal.
What works for me: – Process the Ricoh GR IV DNG using Adobe DNG Converter – Convert the DNG into another DNG (sounds odd, but it works) – Import the new DNG into C1
This completely removes artefacts, colour patches, smearing, and defects; the file is spotless.
I also attached a screenshot comparing the 2 DNGs with no adjustments altogether (on the left is the newly processed DNG from adobe DNG converter, and on the right is the DNG straight from the camera imported into C1)
That said, this is still just a workaround that adds extra steps to the workflow. C1 really should address this issue ASAP.

We need the correct .dng format processing in order to use CaptureOne with the camera, otherwise the only way is to return to Lightroom :(
