C1s lens corrections for the Canon RF 85mm f/1.2 seem incorrect. They differ noticeably from the manufacturers lens corrections for the same lens.
Using C1s profile for this lens causes a bright vignette. I have noticed it because C1 uses the manufacturers profile for my R5 II but your own profile for my original R5.

import image taken with the RF 85mm f/1.2 non-DS-version
set light fall off correction to 100
switch between C1s lens profile and manufacturers profile
