ARCA 30 mm lens profile adaptation

I am requesting a lens profile adaptation for the new ARCA 30mm lens designed for the Pico view camera.

To simplify implementation for the engineering team, this is primarily an adaptation of the existing Fujifilm GF 30mm f/5.6 T/S profile, as the ARCA 30mm utilizes the same optical formula.

However, because it is integrated into the Pico system for independent view camera movements, the profile requires two critical adjustments:

    • Cartesian (X/Y) coordinate mapping
Unlike the existing Fujifilm profile which relies on polar coordinates to calculate tilt-shift movements, the Pico system utilizes separate X and Y axis physical shifts. The lens correction profile needs to calculate distortions using independent Cartesian (X,Y) coordinates rather than polar parameters.

    • Larger image circle & extended shift range
The light projection circle on the ARCA 30mm adaptation provides a larger image circle. The profile needs to support up to 20mm of shift, whereas the current Fujifilm profile cuts off at 15mm.

Adapting the current Fuji 30mm optical data to accommodate these Pico system mechanics would provide photographers with precise, automated distortion correction across the full 20mm movement range.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
