Hi Evi, thanks for your reply. Yes, I used Capture one mobile on my iPad for my latest project. The solution was terribly complicated. I've send the photo via airdrop to my iMac and put my mask over it in Photoshop. You can imagine that this has lengthened the process considerably, caused a lot of frustration and is completely unsatisfying. I haven't found a better solution at the moment. This is a very big problem for me
Thank you 385497979118 for sharing. We will take it into account. Are you currently using Capture One for iPad on your shoots? If so, what do you do now that this feature is not available?
I miss this feature too. I work as a product and beauty photographer and when composing the image it is extremely helpful to see the interaction between text and image. It is one of my most used feature in the desktop version. I also often use masks with the final book format and can see whether everything important is well placed within the format. Hope you will add this feature to the iPad version.
Hello 13853553579037 and thanks for the feedback. Can you elaborate a bit about your workflow? What type of photography are you into and in what way is Overlay important for you ? Happy to have a short chat if you like, just send me an email at eke@captureone.com to set it up.
