Reverse color adjustment

I would like the ability to tell capture one what color I need something to be. Example I shoot a lot of Nickel metal product on multiple days and on different sets with different lights. One of the hardest things is getting a consistent color throughout everything. I would like to click on a point on the product and tell CO to make this value 223 219 216.
