IPTC Field for Data Mining

What problem do you see this solving?

A recent issue of concern and rising concern and visibility has been the use of images for training AI engines without permission or or consultation with the creator or copyright owner. By adding the IPTC field "Data Mining", this will enable Capture One users to specify that an image is not to be used for Data Mining or AI training.

Details?

1. That Capture One add an IPTC "Data Mining" field in which users can add IPTC complaint vocabulary to specify the constraints on Data Mining and AI training uses of their images

2. Include the IPTC "Data Mining" field in image export and Image Import

3. If you are going to be opening up the SW modules for IPTC fields then also include the IPTC Custom1 thru Custom10 Fields- Capture One users have been hijacking IPTC fields forever (myself since Capture One 7) because they need something custom which leads to a messy and inconsistent data structure.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?

Data Mining: My workflow not affected. Privacy and ownership impact unknown at this time

Current workaround

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?

Data Mining: No

Custom IPTC: Starting to include a header to ID what the hijacked value means. Still a hack and a mess.
