Sensor size-specific focal length choices

With full-frame and medium-format sensors ranging from 50 to over 150 megapixel resolution (and even APS-C now at 40mp), it would be very cool if we could crop into an image not arbitrarily, but using a camera-specific "focal length" in a drop-down menu within the crop tool. So that, for instance, an image shot with a 45mm lens on a Fujifilm GFX with a 100mp sensor (35mm FF equivalent) one could choose 55 or 63 or 80mm (all of these being Fujifilm GF prime lenses).
