publish package on winget

Winget is a microsoft Windows tool able to handle package install/update/removal

It's becoming more popular and is now even more popular than chocolatey.

I would love to be able to update Capture One without openning it, just by letting Winget handle this.

Note there is very nice unoffical tool named UniGetUI to manage winget and also chocolatey.
