Hello, I've recently started shootig tethered to iPad and noticed that my images come with filename Canon #01 but if I download the images from my SD card onto my MacBook pro, the first image will be named _F2A8479 (instead of Canon #01). It would be super useful to have the same filenames as the SD card thanks
Definitely this is a big issue - the camera filename needs to be retained. Maybe make it an option if you want to keep it or change it.
In my use case - that has been a big issue just in my recent project. I made about 500 corporate headshots and tethered to my iPad. Some people on the iPAD marked their favorites with stars. As long as there is no way to move an entire session from iPAD to desktop, I must import the SD card on the desktop. With the different naming schemes, it is so tedious to identify the images the customer had marked (by comparing date and time down to the second!!). What a pain!
