i use a couple of medium format lenses with a shift adapter on my gfx in Leiu or a native GF lens but am not able to adequately correct some of the flaws sufficiently well. It would be great if we could have a system for creating our own lens profiles.
Current workaround
Corrections can be improved in photoshop with the warp tool.
I think this could be a very useful tool. I'd image it will be a process to create one, given you will have to create a checkerboard pattern of probably a given size. Then take multiple photographs of the board at various exposures, various aperture settings, and at various compositions (point to chart in top right, now top left) and repeat that at various distances. But, given how crazy humans have been proven to be to work on something for others, see the multitudes of opensource software, Blender being the most famous maybe, I think it could be a cool tool.
From a process point of view, even if the processing happens on Capture One's side, but C1 receives these files to process. One can even create some quality tolerances, where the profile will only be created once 5 different people have sent in their batch of images for processing.
One can also update the profile later on when additional batches of images are received.

Would be very usefull and powerful as many lenses are missing.
