Upgrading Capture One has gotten better but there two use cases that need improvement.
#1 – Software updates: You can now click and the upgrade process works unattenteded (i.e., no manual download, etc.) but you still have to go to Window > Workspace and manually restore the workspace from backup (or saved workspace). Really? Can't you just restore the backup?
#2 – Hardware update: I just got a new Mac and of course my license didn't work on the new computer. Figuring out how to deactivate the license on the old computer and activate on the new one took me a bit of frustrating research. Shouldn't there be an obvious way to do this?
