Add buttons in layers and masks to use instead of using right click

I spend a lot of time using masks and layers and some actions require a right click and then select something from context menu. Instead, have buttons displayed under the brushes row for items in the context menu and/or allow keyboard shortcuts. There is room in the tool for this
