Exporting an image to another editing app such as TopazAI (eg, for sharpening), one has the choice of export format, which is then created within Capture One. And then after external editing, if you choose "save to original folder" the only way to then see it in C1 is to synchronize the entire catalog, while the copied image, already in C1, has none of the improved image; this is a waste of time.

AS noted above, I have to synchronize the entire folder to see the newly, externally edited image. |
I use Topaz AI 3 and can’t see what is the problem. I can edit as tiff or DNG and after saving edits in Topaz all files are visible in catalog without any other steps. Do you use Topaz plugin?
