This feature was already requested 3 years ago (Checkbox to turn on and off Adjustment Tools), in vain (with the exception of the checkbox to enable/disable Apply Enhanced Denoise). Alt/option - reset doesn't stick, and you cannot use it for multiple adjustments at the same time. Using layers works, but it's needlessly complicated.

you can temporarily reset a tool by holding the Option/Alt key and clicking the reset button that is present in each tool. Would that correspond to what you are trying to achieve?
