Export metadata with shooting date, but without camera details

Could you please add the possibility to export photos with the original shooting date and time included in the file metadata, but without all other camera data (camera name, shooting settings etc). I think the originla shooting date should be located rather in "All Other Metadata", not in "Camera Metadata". Thank you in advance!
