At the moment, C1 misses a certain number of EXIF metadata. For example, Lightroon has the EXIF models extension which is extremely useful when you shoot portraits.
Let's consider that the current version of EXIF data is 3.0, whilst it seems to me that C1 is stuck to version 2.*.
