Improve Capture One

Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.

Before and After slider refinement

allow the before and after slider to have options for “last change” as well as “original” so you can see the difference between the last adjustments not just all adjustments since file originated. For example if I switch to monochrome and want to see how that grading is going if I hit “before and after”. Right now it goes right back to the original file in color rather than with or with out the last adjustment so I need to manually do undo/redo constantly Or even give us the ability to select which tool/adjustments for before and after like retouching features only or cropping only or whatever let us tick boxes to what we want to see before and after results from

Current workaround

jsut constantly doing undo/redo which doesn’t always apply to the workflow

Hi Sethm thanks for your suggestion!
Just in case you did not know, it is also possible to temporarily reset any tool in Capture One without having to rely on undo/redo.
To temporarily reset a tool, hold down the Option/Alt key while clicking and holding the reset button (the curved arrow icon) within the tool. This allows you to see the image as it was before the adjustments were applied for the duration you hold the button down. Releasing the key and the mouse button will restore the tool to its adjusted state.
