For the live of god, give us what Lightroom does for years now:
When importing Nikon NEF Raw files, enable the embedded icc profile of the image.
For example, when shooting in raw and using the deep tone monochrome automatically apply this profile to the image in capture one.

Current workaround
I have to take a look at the jpeg files of each picture taken in black and white and apply the B&W profile manually to each picture taken in b&w, complete pita. |
