Prevent Windows 11 laptop from going to sleep during export

Running an export of 2000 images, I left the office thinking it would be done upon my return.

The laptop dutifully put itself to sleep after 5 minutes as it was running on battery power.

C1 should suspend sleep whilst export is active.

MS changed the power/sleep API recently, and didn't bother to update the documentation. You now have to remind the power service regularly to ensure it doesn't enter sleep state. Possible that it used to work and now doesn't on W11 due to the change.
