Respect crop in XMP data should be optional

Version 16.4 added a "feature" to respect the crop data in an xmp file. Unfortunately it applies this crop to .jpg files that someone else exported that ALREADY incorporated the crop- and so crops AGAIN. This is a major time sink for me as I routinely compile .jpg files from students to review in class and now I have to go in and check each image and manually undo the unwanted re-crop. Please make this optional or have some way to turn this "feature" off.
