Enable Custom Image Order for Client Review in Capture One Live

n editorial and storytelling workflows, the sequence of images is often just as important as the content itself. It would be incredibly useful to allow photographers to define a custom image order within a Capture One Live session — so that clients, editors, or art directors can review images in a narrative sequence, not just by filename or capture time.

This could be enabled through:

• Custom manual sorting (drag-and-drop)

• Syncing the order from the session/album to the Live viewer

• Optional lock on sort order for clients (to preserve photographer intent)

Use Case:
During editorial shoots, campaigns, or storytelling-driven work, the ability to guide the viewer through the photo narrative is critical. It would improve communication with clients, streamline approvals, and maintain creative control.
