Floating Window Remember Position

Use Case:
On a multiple monitor setup(Windows), I would like to have my main Capture One window on my bigger 4K monitor, and arrange some floating windows on a second or third smaller monitor(s).
However, the floating windows will all snap back to the monitor the main window is on the next time I start.

Current Behavior:
If you arrange floating windows on a non primary monitor(monitors that the base application window is NOT in). The next time you re-start Capture One, the floating windows will all be launched on the monitor where the base window is.

Expected Behavior:
Floating windows can remember their previous monitor and position, like what the 'second viewer' window does.
