Image stacking which would allow multiple images of various sizes on a single page

I would like to bring multiple images of various sizes together on a single sheet. This would involve multiple layers, each with a different image, to be created and then collapsed into a single page with several images on it. I haven't been able to do this since I left the photoshop ecosystem.

Current workaround

None that I know of.
