Selected Tab Adjustment Sync

Add an ability to sync single tab adjustments.

I think it would be very useful to have a modifier key to sync/copy current adjustment tab and not the whole tool settings in tools like Color Editor (Basic/Advanced/Skin tone), Levels (Rgb/Red/GreenBlue), Curves (Rgb/Luma/Red/GreenBlue), Color Balance (Master/Shadow,Midtone/Highlight)

There is functionality to reset single tab adjustments with CMD+click on reset button. I think implementing similar functionality on double arrow button for sync/copying selected tab only should be easy
