On import, plase UNSELECT by default what has been previously imported

When you create a new catalog and import from the same sd / directory, what you already imported is selected.

That is not intuitive. When you make a new catalog, you make a new catalog and you want to import totally new photos. You don't expect something to be selected. Doing so make you import photos twice, unless you remember that C1 is not that intuitive, check number of photos imported, and click "select all" twice to unselect everything.

And yes, I know that you can tick "Exclude Duplicates" but that works when you import to the same catalog, not when you import to a NEW catalog.
