One handed culling + adjustments

Hi there,

When I am making a selection / culling my images on my desktop computer I have my left hand hovered over the numeral keys on the left side of the keyboard to rate 0-5 stars. My right hand is hovered over the arrow keys to go back and forth.

However when I want to make a small adjument like for example exposure I use my left hand to hold down Q, but I have to move my right hand to my trackpad to make the adjustment.

Could you please make it so that when I press down Q or W or E etc that the numeral keypads + - buttons can be used to increase the exposure, contrast etc. by 0.1 or 0.25 per + or - press. This way I can keep both hands on the keyboard and this way I can make my seleciton - including minor adjustments - even quicker.
