Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.
When using Capture One for regular workflow, after processing RAW files from full-frame cameras, I've noticed unnatural sharpening artifacts on certain fabric textures. This over-sharpening looks really odd and even messes with the original color accuracy of the clothing. The issue persists even with completely unedited RAW files and seems common across different full-frame camera brands. Hopefully this bug can be fixed in future updates.Additional Tests Performed:
Adjusted lighting to ensure even illumination (ruled out uneven lighting as the cause).
Upgraded to professional strobe flashes – issue persists.
Note: Continuous cine lights haven’t been tested yet due to power limitations.
The attached clothing images clearly demonstrate the following issues:
Image 1 (Detail Shot): Noticeable yellow discoloration in the central area (Sony A7R5)
Image 2 (Main Garment Shot): Clarity artificially increased to +100% reveals excessive and unnatural sharpening (Canon R5)
Image 3 (Fabric Detail): The white areas in this denim fabric appear overly harsh and visually uncomfortable

Hello, thanks for the feedback!
Have you tried changing the default sharpening values? Have you also tried the Moire tool? Both can help with artifacts on small repeating patterns of texture.
