Support for ignoring OS designation of media as "fixed" / "non-removable"

Many CFExpress cards, while in practice being removable media commonly used in newer cameras, expose themselves to the operating system as fixed devices for performance reasons. In consequence, Capture One does not offer features tailored to removable media (such as the option to delete images after importing) on such devices.

Some competing tools, such as Lightroom, have apparently started ignoring this flag when the root directory of a device contains a DCIM directory (possibly in conjunction with other logic, such as never allowing the OS's boot device to be considered removable). Capture One should do likewise.
