Watermark Tool: Scale; filename; blur-box

I'd like the watermark tool to be improved. I don't often use watermarks, but I do use them for contact sheets in order to display the file name for the client (via an online gallery) as well as, a means to showing some professionalism (a custom made block watermark that shows my logo, the domain name, the file name), as well as protect my images before payment.

When using Text
Currently C1 only offers Text watermarks, or Images. With the Text option, C1 only offers Points and Pixels as a means of sizing the watermark. This is kinda good, but also significantly limiting. I'd like to use at least, the file name for the watermark as I tend to use filenames that tell me about the project, the client, the date, and the image name.

Using X points as a size for the filename, does not translate from Landscape to Portrait orientation, or vice versa. So, I have to first setup a Watermark for Landscape (for that export resolution) and then another for portrait (and that export resolution).

On top of that, there are options in the font setup pop-up box that seems to do nothing but are options - how to access those options I am yet to find out....or even what those options mean.

Fixing this part of the Watermark tool will be a good step.

Ideally, I'd like the watermark tool to have a few options:
- Ad a blur overlay that is adjustable in blur strength
- Allow the user to crop the blur overlay in terms of percentages from all sides of the image
- Allow the user to add for example, ImageName to the watermark
- Allow the user to adjust the size (percentage) and placement of the ImageName text
- Allow the user to insert more texts onto the image as a watermark in different places, allowing the user to include the business name, the domain name etc.

Below I attached two screenshots of the only means of adjusting text size in the watermark tool. I also include a screenshot of the Font adjustment pop-up box. On the top right of that little box are sliders - I can't figure out how to make those work.

I also include a image with the kind of watermark overlay I'd like to see made possible in C1. I know it is asking a lot for a feature most all probably don't use, but would be really helpful.

P.S. Teh example is a group shot image from recent client work.

Current workaround

Macro batch process using Photoshop/Affinity-Photo. Not great as it does require me to create the "watermark" block custom for each project, as well as recreate the macro for each project. I am looking at finding some 3rd party software (offline) that allows more control with watermarks.

Also the watermark tool and/or the export tool are buggy since several years: when using percentage values for scaling the watermark is not properly scaled, i.e. the watermark is bigger in some exports.

This bug is confirmed, but unfortunately not fixed yet.
