In the past I made a Apple Script to create folders from Excel Cells to create a list subfolders with in Capture folder. Then add them to Fav through Finder by drag and drop all the folders into Fav area in C1.
I like the new "Add capture folders" when making a New Session but having to add each folder one by one to Favorites is a pain. Please add option to add all folders created to C1 Favorites.
NOTE: Only "Child" subfolders will be added.

Can you tell us a little more why do you want to add those folders as favorites? Does it help with your workflow, does it unlock some abilities that you don't have otherwise, does it make you faster at some tasks? Thanks!
