The session templates are a good idea but they are largely useless the way you've implemented them.
If I apply styles or presets in a session and save it as a template, the styles and presets aren't included. That's the number one thing I'm doing every time I open a new session (and I imagine a lot of peopel). Now I have to go in and add all the styles and presets that I use in every session.
Additionally, you don't save camera settings... Every time I open a session or create a new one, I have to go in and change the "excluded file types" for tethering because I don't want jpgs coming through with the capture.
Pretty much anything someone can change in a session should be saved in the template.
Session templates have great potential but are lacking at the moment.

Manually going in and changing a lot of settings over and over every time I create a session... which is about 20 times a day. |

Can you clarify your comment about styles & presets? Those are not supposed to be session-dependent, and should be available to you no matter which session (or catalog) you are using.
If this is not the case, I encourage reaching out to our support team, this might be a bug.
