Automatic collapsing of pinned tools in tool tabs Merged

I have a problem with dyslexia and get confused with with which tools that are open in a tool tab. To get around it I tried putting all the tools in a tool tab in the pinned area. The description for this feature says that when you expand a new tool the other one collapses. However, that does not always happen. Sometimes the previous tools stay open rather than collapsing. This causes even more confusion since I only expect one tool to be expanded at a time.

Can this be changed so that only one tool is open at a time in the pinned area.
