No possibility of adding flip horizontal key command

You are unable to choose the option in keyboard shortcuts to assign a key to the flip drop down menu in the rotation window.

The only way to flip and image is by selecting the command from the drop down menu.

ALL Functions should be able to be assigned in the keyboard shortcuts menu and this option is missing.

I am using cultural heritage and this function would be extremely useful.
