Troubles with extension

During a simple copy from Capture to Selects within a Session, Capture One inverted my file extensions (.CR3 became .DNG). Originals were intact, but in C1 the files appeared corrupted. Rebuilding cache solved it, but this is dangerous in production workflow.”
