Add HDR editing Merged

Currently, C1P can only edit SDR contents which I totally understand cause it's not common to see HDR contents due to many restrictions. However, HDR contents are now emerging for smartphones and TV which is now hard to ignore.

First of all, most HDR terminologies are quite inaccurate and hyped cause they dont know how true HDR works. Tho all RAW files are capable of converting to HDR but there are no software to convert other than LR CC or PS. HDR contents are stunning cause it increases brightness on specific area which makes it more realistic.

I can say there are huge differences between SDR and HDR but C1P doesn't have any ability to edit RAW files to HDR contents which is quite shameful while Adobe LR CC and PS are still not able to edit HDR well.

Since there are many displays that support HDR standards especially from Apple devices, it would be nice to support HDR editing with better features unlike LR CC.
