Native Support for Transparent PNG (Alpha Channel)

Capture One currently ignores the alpha channel in PNG files, displaying the transparent areas as raw, undefined pixel data rather than true transparency. This results in a distracting speckled or magenta-tinted background and prevents accurate color work on assets delivered with transparent backgrounds—common in product-photography pipelines and third-party retouching services such as Pixelz. Full import and export support for PNG files with preserved transparency is needed to maintain professional workflows entirely within Capture One.
