Further automate heal tool

Working with a microscope, sensor dust spots and other imperfections aren't fixed using the dust removal tool (the effective aperture of the microscope is too small). However, the heal tool works quite well for a single image. Then, I can copy and apply the heal layer to other multiple images of a set, and the heal layer is transferred nicely to each. However live organisms move slightly from image to image producing unwanted spots. However, I find that using the heal tool again to click on each image (to which the heal layer applied), does nicely to fix most spots as the software seems to re-analyze each new image at this point. However, for a set of images to which the heal layer has been applied, clicking on each image must be done one by one. Is it possible to automate this click process to an indicated set of images to which the same heal layer has been applied?
