A plugin in that would enable a round trip type approach to stacking focus stacked images in Zerene Stacker after editing the raw files in Capture One. This is avalible for Helicon but it would be great if the equivalent could be done for Zerene Stacker.

Current workaround
My current work flow is either capturing focus stacks in the field or using Capture One tethered at home. The raw images are processed as required in Capture One then exported as Tiff files, these are then imported into Zerene and stacked and edited. The final stacked image is then exported as a Tiff which is then reimported into Capture One. It would be great if the whole process could be done without needing to manually create intermediate tiffs and reimporting final images. |
Hi Greg, thanks for the suggestion, however I would encourage you to reach out to Zerene directly. We do not build plugins on behalf of other companies, it's a task they have to do themselves (like Helicon built their plugin).
