Lock images Merged

PLEASE implement the possibility of locking images and locking browser layout. It happened several times now that I accidentally modified the MASTER-IMAGE, which provides the reference for all the other images in the shooting. This is a disaster! After editing several images with the wrong reference you finally realize the mistake, and the huge waste of time, and if you do not have a backup of the master image, the reference is just GONE.

The way of working with files in the browser and the "edit selected" feature is not very intuitive.

This has to be a BASIC feature!!!

Current workaround

You define a separate folder and save a copy of the file.
