I am using the crop tool and every time I use it, the aspect ratio resets to the original ratio instead of whatever I chose last time (unconstrained). I wish it would just stay on whatever I chose until I switch it.

Hi Esther, this is already possible.
To change that option you need to go in the application settings, in the "Crop" tab and find the option named "Aspect Ratio Behavior".
You want to switch this to "use global aspect ratio", which will conserve your last used ratio across images.
