Subject detection in Capture One Pro, with a high degree of consistency, fails to identify the legs of birds and to a lesser extent animals. Specifically, C1 fails to mask the legs of Herons, Egrets, and other large water birds nearly 100% of the time. Frequently, Subject Detection also fails to mask the tip of bird's beaks.

Current workaround
Adding these areas into Subject Detection masks using AI or a Brush (time consuming). If the composite mask is inverted in 16.7, the additions are not present in the inverted mask. |
