Use HAAR Cascades or HOG, or algorithm_of_your_choice to detect open and closes eyes on portrait images. This can be useful to work on high volume group portraits (weddings, business conventions, sports team, etc..) to detect how many faces are eye closed.
This will speed up this kind of editing/culling.
