Windows ARM / Microsoft SQ

What problem do you see this solving?

No support for Windows ARM devices, specially for Microsoft SQ powered ones.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?

When I was interested in buying a Microsoft Surface device with Microsoft SQ processor.

Current workaround

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?

No. Emulation can lead to instability.

Now with the Elite X chips coming out, and even DaVinci making a native client, would be nice to see a native capone too.

The general pattern is Microsoft is making a greater investment in ARM, especially with the latest Surface Laptops, Surface Pros, and other vendors such as Dell, Asus, also following suit with releasing Windows devices using the Qualcomm Elite Plus/Elite CPU's.

Davinci Resolve, Adobe, and Affinity already have native support for Windows on ARM, and it's unfortunate that Capture One is lagging behind here

Yeah I'm expecting to get a surface pro 10 with the snapdragon x elite. I am not currently a desktop capture one subscriber but will very likely become one if they release a windows arm version
