Ability to Use Masks from a Previous Image as a Live Overlay During Capture

In some types of shoots (especially still-life and product photography), we often need to preserve a specific area of a previous frame — for example, a precise object position or a shape I want to keep identical across multiple shots.

What I’m looking for is the ability to create a mask in Capture One on a reference image (defining the exact area I want to keep), and then, when I capture a new frame, have that mask overlaid in real time on top of the new shot.

Basically: use masks/layers from a previous image as a live overlay or guide, similar to how layers work in Photoshop, but directly inside Capture One during tethered capture.

This would make it possible to perfectly align new shots with selected parts of a previous one, without relying on external software.
