This is possible already. The default shortcuts are . (period or full stop) to zoom to 100% and , (comma) to zoom back to fit. But you can edit keyboard shortcuts to whatever you like and make them the same as Photoshop if that suits you.
(Just go to Edit > Edit Keyboard shortcuts. You can't edit the defaults so you create a custom set using the + button in the dialog box, naming it suitably, and then edit them as you see fit.)
