Open last export location

When I have exported and image I would like to be able to open finder/explorer in the exact location that I exported it to.

Even if would be via a export/action log interface.

I'm often working on many project and many catalogs and sessions at the same time and I have output configured to go many places. This would help me to get to me exports quickly.
