Scrolling the vertical toolbar on touchpad

Scrolling the vertical toolbar, if it does not fit because more tools are expanded, is difficult because you have to target the tiny vertical scroll bar for that. It would be much nicer if you could move it with two fingers sliding on the touchpad, when the cursor is hovering over the toolbar (or what’s it called). Like when you scroll documents or web pages.
